Metallbau Emmeln has been developing and manufacturing high quality leisure park equipment since it was founded in 1968. We started with playground equipment and smaller machines and grew with our customers. Attractions

FlyingWheels

FlyingWheels is a tower ride that uses 4 different styles of motion to thrill riders. Standing 13.50m high, the ride's 2 wheels and 6 gondolas move 4-6 riders per gondola up and down, with the wheels rotating like a ferris wheel on a diameter of just 3.45m. The gondolas can rotate around their own axis by hand, and the tower itself also rotates during the up-and-down motion.

Sindbad & Santa Maria

Both boat types are operated with up-to-date adaptative control technology which ensures jerkless motion and powerful acceleration. All functions are controlled as part of a program so that the operator has a range of activities that is easy to survey. Operators are able to choose from various programs which feature different swinging durations and swinging heights. Once the start has been triggered all functions are performed fully automatically. Safety bows are mechanically closed by the visitors. Closing is visually displayed at the control desk. The operator checks the procedure and locks the bows finally to start the boat. The boat runs through the entire program that has been set and automatically brakes at the end.

Water Carousel

During the hot summer months and all year round, the Water Carousel is a great ride for families with young children. Metallbau Emmeln creates custom carousels with from 6 to 12 gondolas and can add many different characters without additional cost. What’s your favorite?

Carousel "Whirling Blossoms"

The carousel "Whirling Blossoms" is a popular carousel for the whole family. Because of the special programming the turning of the carousel speeds up and down several times during one ride. Furthermore the guest is able to turn their own gondola as well which makes the ride very attractive. The guests decide how much fun they like to have!

Oldtimer-, Jeep- & Tractor Ride

Metallbau Emmeln has been known for guided rides for many decades, with many types of vehicles including Oldtimers, Jeeps and Tractors. We also provide other vehicles, with our without IP. The vehicles are track-driven, and achieve speeds of approximately 3.0 to 5.6 km/h to keep the kids excited.

Pony Trekking Ride

The Pony Trekking Ride is our most popular, with many characters to choose from and custom theming, along with special branding for the customer’s own characters. The safety measures are unparalleled and ensure a safe and happy experience for our riders large and small. As with most of our rides, parents can join their kids for the fun!

Train and transportation systems

With many different sizes of rail-guided locomotives Metallbau Emmeln has for many years delivered small and medium sized family attractions. Our trains are also perfect for transportation systems within parks.

SuperSlide

With the SuperSlide each park owner can have a special attraction with high capacity and low operation costs. This attraction you can find within small animal parks as well as in big amusement parks. The height and the colors will be defined by the customer as well as the kind of staircase or the housing to start.

In the 1980s Metallbau Emmeln created their first ticket control systems, and today we offer an extensive array of computer-aided ticketing systems for leisure parks, museums, and aquatic areas.

It was also in the 1980s when Metallbau Emmeln started its container construction business. Today we manufacture many special containers for leading electrical and steel industry enterprises, meeting stringent requirements for noise and thermal values.

Because Metallbau Emmeln holds so much technical expertise under one roof, we can meet very high technical requirements.
